Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, this role is pivotal to the daily operation of the resort.
As Manager on Duty, you will be responsible for leading a culture of five-star service, ensuring our Associates anticipate the needs of your guests and exceeds their expectations.In this hands-on leadership role you will have outstanding guest relations, the ability to think on your feet, strong financial acumen and an innovative leadership style.The RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environmentA collaborative leadership style as part of the Front Office leadership teamA genuine passion for guest service and inspiring the team to provide a memorable experience for our guestsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to easily build strong rapports with guests and colleaguesAn energetic approach to time management and managing competing prioritiesBe solutions focused with a confident and proactive approach to conflict resolutionsThe ability to remain calm under pressure and when responding to emergency situationsThe flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and occasional overnight shifts as required.Experience with Opera PMSGenerous discounted accommodation, food, beverage and spa treatments around the world - for you, your family and friends too!
