We're looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of our Quality Framework and Quality Management Plan.
Working closely with the Quality Lead, you'll assess service partner compliance, identify quality trends and help improve processes that support exceptional outcomes for our clients.About the RoleAs a Desktop Quality Coordinator, you'll conduct desktop-based quality assessments, validate completed works against established standards and provide insights that help drive ongoing performance improvement.Key responsibilitiesConduct desktop quality audits and validation checks to ensure works meet agreed quality framework requirementsAssess service partner compliance and identify quality non-conformance trendsProvide feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiativesAssist in maintaining and improving quality audit processes and documentationLiaise with internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and ensure standards are metMonitor client, Service Stream and service provider standards and ensure audit activities align with current requirementsAbout youWe're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for quality and compliance.
Ideally, you will have:Experience in quality assurance,



quality auditing or compliance assessmentsThe ability to review and interpret documentation and artefacts to verify completed worksStrong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of data accuratelyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical capabilityExperience working with clients, subcontractors or external stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to identify opportunities for enhanced performanceDesirable qualificationsQuality assessment or auditing qualificationsDiploma or tertiary qualification in Business or a related disciplineWhy join Service Stream?
