Duty Manager – Full Time OpportunityJoin our Team at Mollymook Golf ClubMollymook Golf Club is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our Operations Team on a full-time basis.As a Duty Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operation of the Club, providing leadership across multiple departments while ensuring exceptional experiences for our members and guests.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations, leading teams, maintaining service standards, ensuring compliance, and delivering operational excellence across the Club.At Mollymook Golf Club, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture where we celebrate success, support one another to grow, and work together to overcome challenges and achieve outstanding results.The RoleReporting to the Operations Support Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Club, ensuring departments are running efficiently, employees are supported, and members and guests receive exceptional service.This role operates on a three-week rotating roster, providing a balanced mix of day and evening shifts.Shift times range from:6:30am – 3:30pm3:30pm – 2:30amThe roster includes evenings, weekends, public holidays, and one weekend off each month, along with five weeks annual leave.Previous experience in a similar management role is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOpening and closing the ClubManaging and leading the efficient day-to-day running of Club operationsAdjusting daily rosters to meet operational requirementsLeading, coaching, developing,



and motivating team membersCreating a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and recognitionEnsuring exceptional customer service for members and guestsManaging staff performance and addressing operational issues as they ariseHandling escalated customer enquiries and complaintsMaintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational standardsEnsuring compliance with Club policies and proceduresManaging compliance with RSA, RCG, AML/CTF, and all relevant legislative requirementsMaintaining workplace health and safety standards and responding to incidents when requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably within a Club, Hospitality, or Customer Service environmentProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and support teamsExperience managing day-to-day operations in a rapid-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision‐making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to delivering exceptional customer and member experiencesThe ability to lead by example and maintain high service standardsExperience across hospitality operations, including food and beverage, gaming, events,
