In this customer-facing role you will install, repair and maintain nbn products and services across all nbn technologies.ResponsibilitiesInstallation of copper and fibre cabling, including jointing, jumpering and splicing.Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE.Work autonomously and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining integrity, honesty and self-management.QualificationsExperience in cable, communication or electrical installation, or transferable skills from a similar field.Robust customer-service skills,
