Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Lead Nurse (Substance Misuse, NMP) to join a specialist drug and alcohol service on the Isle of Wight.
This permanent, full time role offers leadership over clinical delivery, prescriber activity, and service development in a community setting.You will oversee prescribing, detox pathways, safeguarding and trauma-informed practice while developing Non-Medical Prescriber capacity and leading a nursing team.
