We take pride in the partnerships we have built with local communities and Traditional Owners, creating shared value through responsible mining and long-term investment in the region.Your impactAs an Advisor, Projects, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Sustaining Capital Projects across Boddington Gold Mine through project readiness, risk management and operational readiness activities.Reporting to the Superintendent, Sustaining Capital Projects, you will work closely with engineers, supervisors, project teams and operational stakeholders to ensure projects are appropriately planned, risks are effectively managed and readiness activities are completed prior to execution.Using your practical project and operational experience, you will facilitate workshops, coordinate key project activities and help drive collaboration across teams to support safe, efficient and successful project delivery.As part of our team you willFacilitate project risk assessment workshops and support the identification, tracking and close-out of mitigation actionsCoordinate execution readiness activities for Sustaining Capital Projects,



ensuring key requirements are completed prior to project executionFacilitate operational readiness meetings and governance processes to support successful project delivery and operational handoverWork closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Project teams to build alignment and support project outcomesMonitor and track project risks, actions and readiness activities, providing regular updates to stakeholdersMaintain project governance documentation, records and team communication platforms, including SharePointCoordinate site access and associated requirements for personnel working across Newmont and South32 operational areas in accordance with cross-operational agreements and project requirementsLiaise with project teams and operational stakeholders to ensure effective planning, communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycleSupport compliance with project governance, readiness and risk management processesPrepare project performance reports, meeting outputs and action registers to support informed decision makingAssist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery, governance and team effectivenessBuild strong working relationships with supervisors, engineers, contractors and operational personnel to support the successful execution of sustaining capital projectsPrerequisites for your success in the roleDemonstrated experience in project administration, project coordination or project support roles within mining, construction, engineering, infrastructure or heavy industry environmentsExperience supporting projects, construction, maintenance shutdowns, sustaining capital projects or operational improvement initiativesAbility to facilitate workshops, meetings and risk assessments involving operational and technical stakeholdersExperience working with supervisors, engineers, project teams and contractors to coordinate activities and drive outcomesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation,
