This is a fantastic prospect to join a dedicated team as a Sales Associate within the Hermès Maison and work collaboratively to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ExperienceStrive to provide exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and benchmarks to every client in HermèsPractice the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand RitualsClientele with current and potential clients to establish and maintain client relationshipsHandle complex client experience concerns and issues, i.e. dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, after-sales according to the Store NotebookOffer exceptional aftersales experience to all clients with assessment of repairs and accurate completion of relevant formsCapture accurate and relevant information through POS and CRM systemsCommunicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store managementUtilise professional and elegant dialogue with clients and team membersMétier AmbassadorshipBeing a proactive Ambassador for assigned métierMeticulous visual merchandising and housekeeping of retail floor areasUnderstanding and sharing of métier performanceAccurate mini count/ stock take resultsSharing of key information about the métierTraining and sharing on new product launches, particularly for new joinersSharing and being an expert on care and aftersalesDemonstrate and encourage team to master the Métier Hand RitualsPositive teamwork and provides support or their AmbassadorshipDaily OperationsDaily housekeeping dutiesAssist in stock duties including unpacking,
validating and distributing stock deliveriesApply visual merchandising guidelinesParticipate in cycle counts and stock takesAdhere and abides by all policies set out by Hermès Australia and Hermès internationalAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.A strong background in customer service and/or sales.
Experience in a luxury environment with Fine Jewelry expertise is advantageous.A team player attitude and the ability to embody the values of the Hermès Maison.Excellent relationship development skills with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.Display a high standard of presentation and grooming.A passion for our creations and the craft and identity of our Maison with a comprehensive product knowledge in Hermès Métiers.A positive, proactive, efficient and client focused attitude.A strong sense of time management with the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise.The ability to achieve personal targets and quickly adapt to an ever‐evolving, rapid moving retail environment whilst maintaining professionalism.The ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.EligibilityTo be an eligible candidate for this position, we kindly ask that you have full working rights within Australia.Our CommitmentFamily is at the heart of Hermès.
