Macpeople is partnering with a respected NSW not-for-profit to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant for an initial 3-month contract.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll establish the digital marketing strategy, systems and reporting framework that will support a major rebrand and provide a strong foundation for future growth.
This is an ideal chance for a senior consultant who enjoys creating structure, developing strategy and leaving organisations in a much stronger position than when they arrived.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a digital marketing strategy aligned with the organisation's upcoming rebrand.
Review and strengthen digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, PPC and social media.
Implement and optimise key digital marketing initiatives.
Build meaningful reporting dashboards and performance metrics to measure success.
Analyse website and campaign performance, providing practical recommendations for continuous improvement.




Create clear processes, documentation and frameworks that can be handed over to the internal team at the conclusion of the engagement.
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to build confidence and capability in digital marketing.
Key requirements:
Strong experience across digital marketing strategy and execution.
Hands‐on knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, PPC and social media marketing.
Experience using website analytics and performance reporting to drive decision‐making.
The ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with organisations through periods of change or brand transformation will be highly regarded.
