You'll develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your resident and their loved ones whilst supervising and leading your team.Job DescriptionYou will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents by:Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residentsAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicianMonitoring and recording resident's conditions and maintaining accurate Care Plan and medicalrecordsCollaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residentsProviding support and guidance to care staffParticipating in family meetings and contributing to care planningAdhering to relevant policies, procedures,
