and off-the-plan conveyancingCommercial and retail leasing (acting for landlords and tenants)Property acquisitions and disposalsDue diligence and property-related advisory workGeneral commercial and corporate matters, including:Sale and purchase of businessesShareholders' agreementsCompany structuring and governanceContract drafting and reviewThis is an in-office position based in the Sydney CBD (not a work-from-home role).
