subcontractors, and suppliersOversee day-to-day site operations to keep projects running safely and efficientlyBuild strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal stakeholdersManage construction timelines to ensure projects stay on scheduleProactively identify and resolve construction issuesMaintain regular communication with clients throughout the buildPromote a safe work environment and champion a strong safety culture on every siteMaintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and WHS legislationWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Site Manager or Building Supervisor within residential constructionStrong knowledge of residential building practices, trades, and subcontractor managementGeneral Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory)Asbestos & Silica Awareness Certificate (mandatory)Current First Aid trainingHold a valid Australian driver's licence (mandatory)Ability to communicate professionallyA high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertakenProblem solving and working under pressure to meet deadlinesStrong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.Everyone belongs at Rawson GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are key to realising our purpose of building better together.
