This position ensures the provision of high‐level customer service and administrative support through a friendly, effective and effective first point of contact to all customers, the operation of the Service NSW Agency, and providing timely feedback to customers to ensure the loop is closed.




The role also provides support to Council's rates and debtors functions.
A criminal history and background checks are required.
