As Multisite Practice Manager at Coffs Coast Dental and Facial located in Coffs Harbour and Moonee Beach NSW, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and smooth operation of the practice.Your calm and professional manner will be welcomed.This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead and manage our wonderful team, with your confident and inspirational style.Here's what your role will look like:Leading our practice teams and ensuring the clinicians are well supported to provide anamazing end to end patient experienceMentoringand supportingthe practice team, fostering a positive and cooperative workplace cultureBeing responsible forfront office coordination, dental assistants, sterilisation and all practice processes and proceduresDriving the business development for the practice - building relationships with patients andthe communityOverseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practicesManaging and monitoring practice costs, patient scheduling, billing,



and collections to ensure seamless financial operationsCoordinating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and exceptional customer serviceEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and protocols required inthe industryAssisting with marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing onesMonitoring inventory levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of office suppliesWhat We're Looking For:Proven Dental practice leadership experience - leading and managing people, systems and processesExperience successfully motivating, rostering, coaching, training and engagingthe teamCommercial acumen - successful experience managing patient rebooking rate, chair utilisation,Google reviews, practice revenue, cost management and team retentionCapability, positive influenceand willingness to engage with thepatients and the community for practice brand exposureStrong communication, problem-solving and organisational skillsSolid understanding of dental regulations, compliance, and infection controlConfidence using dental software and patient management systemsEnergetic and hands‐on approach, with the willingness to be hands on at reception whenneededA working style that is calm under pressure and professional at all timesAdaptable and open to continuous improvement and changeWhy Join Us?
