About the Position
Our Support4Me services deliver quality in‐home care supporting customers to maintain well‐being and independence for as long as possible.
Responsibilities
Assistance with personal care
Domestic assistance
Assisted shopping and client appointments
Respite care
Meal preparation
Social support and community engagement
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with shifts typically shorter in duration.
Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
About You




Studying or completed a minimum Certificate III in a health‐related industry (e.g., Individual Support, Community Services, Nursing)
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Full comprehensive car insurance, or willingness to obtain
Smartphone
Current driver's licence
Requirements
