Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, you will play a key role in monitoring, investigating and responding to cyber security threats while helping strengthen the organisation's security posture across Microsoft 365, cloud, identity and network environments.What You Will Be DoingMonitoring and responding to security alerts and incidents using Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender and Fortinet technologies.Supporting vulnerability management, threat detection and incident response activitiesAssisting with Microsoft 365 security, Entra ID, Intune and identity governance controls.Supporting compliance initiatives aligned with Essential Eight, ISO *****, NIST CSF and privacy requirements.Working with internal teams and external security partners to drive remediation and continuous improvement.Essential Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in cyber security, security operations,



IT security or infrastructure.Experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies.Strong understanding of incident response, SIEM, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and cyber risk.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Essential Eight or ISO ***** will be highly regarded.Experience in aged care, healthcare or other regulated industries would be well regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage across all levels of the organisationValid right to Work in AustraliaValid driver's licenceCurrent National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)QualificationsRelevant Cyber Security or Information Technology degreeOne or more of the following highly regarded:Security+, SC-200, SC-900, AZ-500,CISSP, CISMBenefits & Work Culture With For Purpose Aged CareAs a purposeled, notforprofit organisation, our staff's health and wellbeing are important to us.
