This role combines operational management, customer service, logistics coordination, and warehouse duties, making it ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys both strategic planning and hands‐on involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Karratha Warehouse and Trade CentrePlan operations to maximise efficiency and achieve stock control targetsOversee office administration processes including documentation, data entry, and reportingFacilitate monthly site safety meetings and conduct regular HSE auditsMaintain compliance with company HSE standards, including incident reporting and root cause analysisDeliver a high standard of customer service and maintain strong customer relationshipsPick and despatch orders, receive and put away stock, tint paint,



and load vehiclesSupport and implement improvements to tinting and warehouse processesOperate and maintain forklifts and assist with manual handling tasksProcess sales orders and provide pricing and product availability information to customersManage warehouse layout and support product range expansion initiativesConduct stock cycle counts and annual stocktakesManage purchasing, invoicing, dispatch, and SLOB controlAllocate tasks and support the ongoing development of Trade Centre staffMaintain strong working relationships with internal sales teams and customersBecome proficient in SAP and internal systems relating to customer service, logistics, procurement, and supply planning
About You
Previous experience in a similar warehouse, trade centre, or operations management roleStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership and people management capabilityExperience with stock control, logistics,



and warehouse operationsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems experienceA commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiencyA customer-focused attitude and a hands‐on approach to work
