Reporting directly to our Financial Accountant, this hybrid role will be based in our Clayton office with some work from home days.Full-time PermanentSome Of What You'll Be DoingCompletion of the end of month accounting & reporting process utilising Accounting SoftwarePreparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including preparation of rental, accruals, prepayments, fixed asset and depreciation journals and schedulesPreparation of internal profit and loss management reports for reviewParticipation in the periodic budgeting / forecasting processMaintain general ledger ensuring accuracy and appropriate working papers and files to substantiate recordCashflow planning and managementAssisting with the management reporting and financial analysisSupporting the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions where requiredPreparation of quarterly Business Activity Statements for the Kent groupAssisting with interim and year-end auditsPreparation of FBT end of yearAbout YouYou're an Accounting graduate looking for a long term career pathway with a large company, complemented with a strong level of written and spoken communication skills.
You are passionate about keeping up to date with financial accounting tools.
