An prospect has arisen for a Registered Nurse with management experience to take on a Resource Manager role based at Millvina House Dementia Nursing Home, Anfield, Liverpool, on behalf of Liverpool City Council.Acting as the Registered Manager within an integrated Health and Social Care EMI Nursing Home, the post holder will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing staff teams, overseeing residential and nursing care services, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards, National Minimum Care Standards, and Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) requirements.The role involves collaborative working with GPs, allied health professionals, and wider health and social care partners to coordinate integrated services and support discharge-to-assess pathways.
You will manage staff performance, support workforce development through coaching and mentoring,
and ensure agreed performance targets are met.An Enhanced DBS check (Adult Workforce and Adult Barred List) is required.
The post holder will work on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with appropriate allowances paid.Rate: £***** - £***** per hour.
