We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader who knows how to bring people together, keep service flowing and create a poolside experience guests remember.The roleAs F&B; Team Leader, you'll support the daily operation of Pool Club while leading colleagues on shift. You'll be present on the floor, setting the pace, guiding the team and making sure every guest feels genuinely welcomed.You will:Lead and motivate Pool Club colleagues during serviceCoordinate daily floor operations, section allocations and breaksDeliver warm, confident and efficient food and beverage serviceMaintain strong product knowledge across menus, cocktails and beveragesSupport opening, closing, cash-handling and stock-control proceduresRespond to guest feedback with care and sound judgementMaintain presentation, cleanliness,
