The culture is team-oriented, accountable and performance-focused, with a clear expectation that leaders set the standard.The OpportunityReporting to the State Building Manager, you will lead the residential maintenance and warranty function.You will manage supervisors and coordinators, oversee maintenance workloads and ensure homeowners receive prompt, practical and professional support following handover.A major part of the role will be helping the team work through difficult matters.
You will provide technical direction, manage escalations, monitor service timeframes and ensure decisions are consistent with contractual,



regulatory and company requirements.This is not a desk-only management position.
