We are partnering with a growing healthcare and life sciences organisation looking for an SAP Specialist to support and optimise their SAP environment.This is a hands‐on role focused on SAP systems, reporting, infrastructure and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders across the business.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping teams get more value from their systems.
You will have the autonomy to take ownership of SAP support, reporting requirements and system improvements, with the opportunity to grow into a broader role over time.The RoleReporting into the business operations/technology function, you will be responsible for:Providing day-to-day SAP support and troubleshooting across the businessDeveloping, maintaining and extracting SAP reports to support business decision‐makingWorking across SAP systems, software and underlying IT infrastructure requirementsSupporting system enhancements,



upgrades and continuous improvement initiativesPartnering with internal teams and external IT providers to resolve issues and improve functionalityIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system utilisationActing as a key point of contact for SAP‐related queries across the organisationAbout YouYou will ideally have:Solid experience working with SAP in a support, analyst or specialist capacityExperience creating reports, pulling data and translating system information into meaningful insightsExposure to both software applications and broader infrastructure environments (hardware/software)Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving capabilityThe ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships across the businessA proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processesExperience within healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, supply chain or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.What's On Offer$100,000 base salary + superA hands‐on role with genuine ownership and autonomyOpportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisationPotential future career progression into a broader leadership position as the function developsIf you are an SAP professional looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise with business improvement, we would love to hear from you.
