The City of Charles Sturt is seeking a collaborative and future-focused Team Leader – Community Experience (Libraries) to lead library operations and customer experience at Ngutungka West Lakes, an integrated Community Centre and Library, while contributing across our broader library network.Leading a team of Library & Information Officers, you will foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, build team capability, drive service excellence and ensure library services remain responsive to the needs of a diverse and growing community.Working closely with fellow leaders,
