This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.
This role has a starting salary of $85,757 + *****% super.As the first point of contact for Queensland Rail, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience.
Operating from the Customer Contact Centre switchboard, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls, respond to email enquiries, make outbound calls where required, and coordinate enquiries through to resolution.
Working with a broad range of customers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure information is accurate, timely, and delivered with professionalism and care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customer, public, and stakeholder enquiriesManage high volumes of inbound telephone calls and email enquiries, ensuring prompt and skilled responsesMake outbound calls to customers and internal stakeholders to obtain information, provide updates, and support enquiry resolutionAssess, investigate,
