Adelaide Allergy is opening soon and will be offering a variety of tests and treatments to the Adelaide community.ResponsibilitiesFront desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)Liaise with patients and their families, doctors, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate mannerScanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and resultsAll general reception,



administrative and medical support duties as requiredProvide ongoing support to specialists and practice nurses as requiredBe a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical teamAbility to work independently and as a teamAttributesMedical admin/reception experience is desirable but not requiredBest Practice software experience highly regardedStrong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentClose attention to detailConfident in the use of technologyShow initiative and work productively within a team environmentAbility to multi-task and prioritise dutiesAbility to work alone and as part of a close teamExceptional time management skillsEstablish and maintain a great rapport with patients and colleaguesAre you the next member of our growing team?
