we have a great opportunity for New Graduate OR Experienced, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist looking to grow their clinical experience into a new direction of helping people.In your new role you will manage a portfolio of clients with a psychological disorder, creating and monitoring rehabilitation plans and aim to gradually return your clients back to work.You will develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.Looking after a client portfolio, your day will include:Manage a portfolio of clients with a physical injuryComplete initial assessments to better understand the injury, recovery time frames and return to work goalsVisiting workplace to assess environment and duties within the role, identify with employer of any suitable duties while recoveringProviding support through recommendations for community assistance or additional support through the insurerWorking within a multidisciplinary team to provide complex stakeholder management to support the recovery of an injured workerDocument case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients to a protected return to work goalAbout YouGeneral Registration with AHPRA or ESSATertiary degree as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise PhysiologistCar and valid Driver's licenseSatisfactory police check or willingness to obtain prior to commencementAbility to build strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work in autonomously and as part of a teamPinnacle Rehab is is an equal opportunity employer.
