As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process and delivering outstanding service.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emailPreparing,



submitting and following up quotationsProcessing customer orders and purchase ordersProviding product advice and technical supportLiaising with suppliers and internal departmentsSupporting the external sales teamBuilding and maintaining long-term customer relationshipsMaintaining accurate customer and quotation recordsWhat will you need?
Experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Spare PartsExperience preparing quotations and processing ordersStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience using CRM or ERP systemsFull Australian working rights without requiring sponsorshipExperience within pumps, valves, rotating equipment, hydraulics, bearings, compressors or other industrial products will be highly regarded.If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable business where your experience will be valued from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
