What the jobs involve
Just Cuts is the largest hairdressing brand across Australia and New Zealand, with over 285 salons operating for over 30 years.

The roles involve:
Providing top-quality and style-leading hairdressing services to clients;
Advising our clients on the best hair care regimes and products;
Providing high-energy customer service;
Participating in a supportive and high-energy environment by working constructively with and assisting your colleagues;
Providing training and leadership to trainee and developing colleagues.
What the roles require
The positions require:




At least three years of hairdressing experience or the equivalent qualification (trade or otherwise).
Clear and effective oral communication skills;Qualified personal presentation;
A willingness to develop your skills and keep abreast of style and product developments;
A genuine love of customer service and the industry.
What you will gain
You will be guaranteed at least 38 hours of work a week.
You will earn at least $28 per hour and, depending on experience and management skills, may earn up to $35 per hour.
