Main ResponsibilitiesClient facing, lead point of contact for Site StaffManage time allocation and schedulingPrepare for upcoming works by understanding client requirementsProvide all tools and ensure they are tested and taggedCommunicate daily with your Team of tradesmen, Project Manager and/or Service Co-ordinators as neededMaintain health and safety by participating in Toolbox talks, WHS meetings, COVID-19 safety plansComplete administration, reporting, onsite documents and forms as required, including pre-commencement photos and completion photosWhat you will bringTo be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:Fully completed trade certifications i.e. Cert III in Carpentry (must have)3-5 years' experience as a Multi-Skilled CarpenterDrivers license and own vehicleNeat and tidy qualified appearance, meeting the company uniform standardsMust have excellent interpersonal skills,
high emotional intelligence, communication and stakeholder managementCompetency with using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PPT, Outlook), and use of project/construction management software e.g. Procore would be beneficialExcellent attention to detailBe reliable and accountable for yourself and the teamProfessional and trustworthy behaviour and attitude, in line with our company cultureThe following probity checks must be satisfied due to the nature of our clientele and site access requirements:Reference checksNSW White card, working at heights (preferred) EWP license, FL licenseHold and maintain National Police Check (or willing to obtain)Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccinations
