Every certificate you process helps WA businesses get their products safely to markets around the world.Working closely with our FCC Export Manager and CEO, you'll:Prepare and process export certification documentation with exceptional accuracyDeliver first class customer service to exporters across a diverse range of industriesProvide guidance and support throughout the export certification processMaintain documentation in accordance with Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry requirementsContribute to one of Western Australia's most trusted export certification teamsWe're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with exceptional attention to detailCalm under pressure and able to manage competing prioritiesA confident communicator who enjoys building relationshipsPassionate about delivering outstanding customer experiencesAn Excel wizzEager to learn and become part of a team-oriented, supportive teamPrevious export certification experience is welcomed, plus prior knowledge of essCert, but not essential.Important - This position is subject to a National Police Clearance.
