About the roleEdge Fresh is seeking an experienced Retail Manager (General) to lead and manage operations at our Perth store location.
This is a full-time position based in Perth WA ****.
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role is pivotal to the success of our store and plays a crucial part in achieving the company's commercial objectives and delivering outstanding service to our customers.What you'll be doingManaging daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handlingLeading, motivating and developing a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targetsDriving sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional strategies and customer engagementMonitoring stock levels, coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory recordsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and proceduresManaging budgets and controlling costs to maximise profitabilityResolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely mannerTraining and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performancePreparing reports on sales, staffing and operational metrics for senior managementMaintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store environment is clean, welcoming and well-organisedWhat we're looking forProven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role within a busy retail environmentStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to maintain high service standardsSolid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management,
