We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who can offer the warmest welcome and create a First Impression aligned to the service excellence we strive for daily.
As Maitre'd you will oversee FOH operations, deliver outstanding service and uphold Mures' reputation for excellence, combining leadership, guest engagement and operational co-ordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible and professional presence within the host and bar area at all times.
Welcome and seat guests, optimising table allocation for smooth service flow.
Lead and mentor the FOH team to deliver consistent premium service.
Manager reservations and guest flow using Nowbookit, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams.
Promote Mures caught seafood and speciality beverages to enhance guest experiences
Ensure compliance with liqour licensing,



food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior restaurant position, with at least 1 year in premium dining
Solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume service periods
Proficiency with reservation and point of sales systems
Current RSA
Knowledge of seafood and Tasmanian beverages desirable.
