We make premium, human-grade meals for cats using Aussie meats and organs, gently cooked, portioned, vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness.We are a small but growing Perth startup on a mission to change the way cats eat across Australia.The RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Food Production Assistant to help in our Rivervale production kitchen.This is a hands-on role supporting food preparation, cooking, packing, cleaning and general production.
You will be helping make fresh meals for cats across WA.The role is currently casual, around 3-4 shifts per week, with the opportunity to become part-time or full time as Pikko grows.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and portioning raw and cooked meats, including organ meats such as liver and heartAssisting with cooking ground meats to the correct internal temperaturesOperating kitchen equipment such as grinders, mixers and vacuum sealersLabelling, packing and organising food pouches for freezingMaintaining high hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standardsCleaning equipment, benches, floors and production areasHelping keep the kitchen organised, efficient and ready for productionAssisting with general kitchen and food production duties as requiredAbout YouYou do not need to be a chef,
