We are looking for Nurses to join our SA Health Urgent Care Hub – Repat (CARE) at the Repat Health Precinct!
Located at the Repat Health Precinct (Repat), the SA Health Urgent Care Hub provides care for older patients who can be safely managed outside the Emergency Department.

In response to Winter bed demand, these beds will now be staffed overnight to support later evening admissions for our patients, whilst also providing a transition space for patients being transferred to inpatient beds at the RHP.
We are looking for staff who would be interested in working night shifts on a permanent or temporary contract however, other shift configurations may also be available!
About the role:
Some of your duties as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse within the Urgent Care Hub may involve:
Offering same-day hospital level care to non-emergency older people at the Urgent Care Hub based at the Repat Health Precinct.
Being part of a team that oversees the care of up to 6 patients.
The patient cohort is Acute Geriatrics, with a focus on Emergency Department avoidance.
You will see patients with geriatric syndromes requiring MDT input, with a plan to return home.
About you:
Are you looking for a night shift roster?
Are you passionate about providing the best possible care for older patients?
Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
Are you able to be flexible and adaptable in a clinical environment?
Are you committed to teamwork and quality patient care?
Proficiency in clinical skills such as IV cannula access, venepuncture, PICC line care, and ECG monitoring would be beneficial to your application.
Potential for other shift configurations dependent on recruitment results.
Must be eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
