We are seeking a skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join a high-impact team delivering a next-generation Fleet Management and Autonomy solution for a leading global mining company.
This system will enable real-time fleet monitoring, high-precision machine guidance, and autonomous vehicle control across a complex distributed architecture.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering high-performance, responsive web applications using React and Redux.
You'll play a key role in developing real-time interfaces, interactive 3D maps, and user-centric components.
Working as part of a cross-functional squad, you'll collaborate with technical leads, architects, and domain experts to create scalable, maintainable, and visually compelling frontend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-performing and reusable UI components using React and Redux.
Build interactive 3D maps and visual layers with Babylon.js to represent real-time vehicle positions, road networks, and mine models.




Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to define and uphold front-end architecture and design standards.
Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and component reusability across environments.
Drive frontend performance optimisation and address rendering bottlenecks.
- Contribute to automated testing strategies including unit, regression, and integration testing.
Mentor junior developers and promote frontend engineering excellence.
Technical Requirements: 3+ years of qualified experience in frontend development, including relevant experience in development of Mining Fleet Management frontend systems.
3+ years of professional experience working with autonomous/driverless vehicles, specifically the interface between the onboard computer system and the central fleet control system Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and CSS.
Experience with C# .
NET Core and WebGL.
Exposure to game engine technologies or similar 3D rendering platforms.
Familiarity with containerised microservices architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
Comfort with Linux-based environments.
