Rental Administrator Welshpool Location $70K + Super (Permanent, Full Time) Our client is a reputable and leading distributor of construction equipment and are currently seeking a Rental Administrator with a strong accounts or invoicing background to join their team.
Job Details:
Organising the hiring out of equipment, including liaising with clients to organise the rental process.
Managing and reconciling invoices, organising quotes and raising purchase orders Customer service to ensure enquiries are handled to a high standard and passed onto various teams.
Updating the internal database with new customers and tracking rental equipment.
Contract Administrator South Perth Location $70K - $85K + Super (Permanent, Full Time – Pending Experience) Our client is an industry leader in the residential and commercial construction industry and are currently seeking to add an additional Contract administrator to their team.
Job Details:



Providing efficient routine administration to the team, assisting with raising purchase orders, subcontractor/supplier invoices, and reconciliation.
Managing project documentation, including tenders, reports, permits, licences and other general applications.
Updating clients, suppliers and contractors on project schedules.
Updating variations, claims and project processes.
Requirements for both positions: Previous admin / office experience with exposure to invoicing Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
