As a key member of our paint department, you'll work closely with our painters and production team to ensure every repair leaves the workshop to the highest standard.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing vehicles and panels for paint.Sanding, masking and priming.Buffing and polishing completed repairs.Completing final quality inspections.Assisting our spray painters to maintain efficient workflow.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint shop.Working collaboratively with the team to consistently deliver exceptional repairs.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has experience in automotive paint preparation and buffing.Produces consistently high-quality workmanship.Takes pride in every repair.Works well within a team environment.Has a positive attitude and solid work ethic.Is reliable, punctual and professional.Wants to be part of a business committed to excellence.Experience working with prestige vehicles is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
