Job Opportunity - Process Workers/Assemblers (Benalla)Recruitment Select is currently seeking Process Workers/Assemblers to join our large, well-known manufacturing client based in Benalla.This role will commence on a casual (full-time hours required), with the potential for permanent full-time positions for select candidates in the future.
Working hours may vary between day shift (6:00am-2:15pm) and afternoon shift (2:00pm-10:00pm).
Training will be conducted on the day shift, so flexibility across both shifts is essential.Factory experience is not required; however,



candidates with mechanical aptitude or a willingness to learn will be highly regarded.The successful applicant will demonstrate:Mechanical aptitudeExperience using hand and power toolsPrevious experience with electrical componentry (advantageous)Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethicExcellent attention to detailA trade or partial trade background (preferred)What's on offer:Supportive team environmentOn-the-job trainingMonday to Friday work weekWages may be further negotiated in line with experience.
