You'll look after the systems that keep children safe and the service robust: risk management, internal audits, policy implementation, child and staff records, and Assessment and Rating readiness.
You'll turn compliance from a checklist into daily habit,



coaching educators to understand their obligations and meet them with confidence rather than fear.Sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law, National Regulations, and National Quality StandardDemonstrated experience in early childhood leadership, quality assurance, or complianceStrong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build educator confidence around regulatory obligationsProven ability to manage internal audits, risk assessments, and Assessment and Rating readinessExcellence in compliance documentation and record keepingStrong communication skills with families, educators, and regulatory authoritiesExperience preparing centres for Assessment and RatingFamiliarity with OWNA or similar early childhood management softwareOUR COMMITMENT (Thrive@Bask Loyalty Program)Competitive salary package with above award rates on top of the Gov.
