Your Day-to-DayWorking closely with two experienced Property Managers, you'll assist in the management of a residential portfolio of approximately 450 properties while developing your knowledge across all areas of property management.




Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolioConducting routine and ingoing inspectionsTaking photos for new listingsPreparing rental applications and lease documentationLease sign-upsGeneral office administration and customer serviceSupporting the Property Management team with daily operationsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is motivated, skilled, and eager to build a successful career in real estate.
You will have:A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamEntry-level or junior real estate experience is welcomed, but attitude and a genuine desire to learn are what matter most!
