HL Landscapes is delivering major infrastructure, streetscape and commercial landscaping projects across South East Queensland, and we're looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead sites and support project delivery?
This is a leadership role for someone who understands how civil landscape sites run and is confident managing crews, subcontractors and day-to-day site operations?
If you're looking to move beyond Leading Hand level and take full responsibility for site delivery, this is a outstanding opportunity to step into a structured company with long-term project pipelines, with future progression into project management.What's On Offer$100,000 – $115,000 + super (depending on experience)Permanent full-time role with long-term project pipelineCompany dual cab ute providedAverage ***** hour weeks, occasional up to 45 hoursMix of day and occasional night works depending on project requirementsUniforms, PPE and tools suppliedSupportive leadership team with career progression opportunitiesWhat You'll Be Doing:Overseeing daily operations across active landscape construction sitesSupervising leading hands, crews and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specificationCoordinating materials, labour and equipment across the siteLiaising with site project managers,



tier 1 contractors and principal contractorsMaintaining strong client-facing communicationMonitoring quality control and addressing defects or reworkEnsuring SWMS and site safety requirements are followedCompleting site documentation, reports and project updatesSupporting the successful delivery of civil landscape projectsCivil landscaping & infrastructure worksStreetscape upgradesCommercial landscape installationsTypical projects include large-scale infrastructure and transport corridor works across SE Queensland.RequirementsWhat You BringPrevious experience with a tier 1 or large commercial landscape contractorStrong understanding of landscape construction and site deliveryExperience with MRTS specificationsProfessional presentation and strong communication skillsA resilient personality to managing complex civil project environmentsCert III Landscape Construction or similar highly regarded.Ability to manage crews, subcontractors and multiple site activitiesConfident communicating with project managers, engineers and clientsExperience reading plans and coordinating site worksStrong safety awareness and knowledge of site complianceWhite Card and manual driver's licenceMR licence advantageousWhy HL Landscapes?
