As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our Operations team.Reporting to the relevant Account Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of a team of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors, supported by dedicated administration and coordination teams.This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing workforce planning, rostering and job scheduling, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and customer expectations.
