St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne VIC$128,102 - $128,102 a year18h ago , from St Vincent's Private HospitalExcellent benefits including salary packagingChallenging and rewarding work environmentPart time (8 hours per week) position until 30 June ****About the RoleA clinical research nurse coordinator is required to facilitate the undertaking of clinical trials within the St Vincent's Renal service.The coordinator will be responsible for the primary coordination of clinical trials and the management of patients on those trials.The role involves delivery of direct and in-direct clinical-trial-related care of patients, associated data collection and maintenance of essential trial documents for concurrent studies.The Research Nurse is responsible for recruitment, consenting and accurate conduct of the clinical studiesCoordinate and manage a number of trials concurrentlyManage the care of patients participating in clinical trials, ensuring compliance with the trial protocol, reporting requirements and ICH-GCP guidelinesEnsure accurate and timely source documentation and data entry, and the maintenance of essential documents that validate integrity in the conduct of the clinical trialAssist with project planning, ethics approval and the development of funding applicationsProvide finance administration when required (invoicing, budget tracking, trial payments)Classifications for this position is YX13 ($128,****** per annum,

Culture of continuous improvementAbout NephrologySt Vincent's Hospital Renal service provides care for patients across the entire spectrum of renal disease, from the ambulatory care of those with CKD to meeting the dialysis and transplant needs of those with ESKD.
SVHM is known as a hub provider of renal services supporting a number of regional and rural satellite as well as in-centre renal dialysis facilities.Our dialysis service comprises haemodialysis (acute and chronic), home dialysis (home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) with the service currently providing medical support for 290 patients undergoing maintenance dialysis and 310 patients with CKD stage 4/5 (all approaching ESKD and dialysis)
