Piling Rig Technician / Plant Maintenance Coordinator - Full TimePiling Rig Technician / Plant Maintenance CoordinatorAbout the RoleShoringCo is seeking an experienced Piling Rig Technician / Plant Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the servicing, maintenance, repairs and asset management of our specialised piling equipment and heavy plant fleet.This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with robust mechanical knowledge and experience working with piling rigs, excavators and heavy machinery, who can manage both the practical maintenance requirements and the administration involved in keeping equipment safe, reliable and operational.Key ResponsibilitiesManage servicing, maintenance and repairs of piling rigs, excavators and associated heavy plant equipmentCarry out inspections, fault finding, troubleshooting and breakdown repairsCoordinate preventative maintenance schedules to minimise equipment downtimeMaintain accurate service records, maintenance history and asset documentationManage plant and equipment records, including asset tracking and compliance requirementsIdentify parts and components required for repairs and servicingSource and order parts, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate repairs and maintenance activities with site teams and external contractors where requiredAssist with equipment mobilisation,



setup and commissioningMonitor equipment condition and recommend repairs, improvements or replacement requirementsEnsure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience servicing, maintaining and repairing piling rigs and heavy machineryExperience working with equipment such as piling rigs, excavators and other civil construction plantStrong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skillsExperience managing equipment service records and maintenance documentationExperience with asset management and maintaining plant registersAbility to identify, source and order parts required for repairs and servicingStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and take ownership of equipment reliability and maintenance outcomesExperience with Soilmec, Bauer, Casagrande, Sandvik or similar piling equipment will be highly regarded.Why Join ShoringCo?
