productivity and construction milestonesSupervise subcontractors and site personnelMaintain the highest standards of safety and qualityChair site meetings and toolbox talksLiaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client representativesManage site logistics, programming and sequencingEnsure works are delivered on time and within budgetOversee project documentation and statutory complianceDeliver a seamless handover into the fitout stageAbout YouWe're looking for an accomplished Site Manager with a proven history of delivering large-scale commercial projects.
To be considered, you'll possess:5-10+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20 million+Strong structural construction experience from groundworks through to completion of the structureCurrent QBCC Site Supervisor LicenceCurrent First Aid CertificateOutstanding leadership and communication skillsA proactive, hands-on management style with a commitment to safety, quality and programmeWhy Cairns?
