About the Role
This is a hands-on sales leadership position where you'll be responsible for driving new business, developing sales strategies and creating opportunities that increase market share.
You'll have the freedom to think differently, test new ideas and help shape the future direction of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
Drive new business opportunities across Victoria and Australia.
Develop relationships with warehouses, manufacturers, logistics companies, construction businesses and industrial customers.




Identify untapped markets and create strategies to win new customers.
Generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, referrals and strategic partnerships.
Follow up all enquiries quickly and professionally.
Conduct on-site demonstrations and present equipment solutions.
Build long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
Work with management to develop sales campaigns and promotional ideas.
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for Excalibur Machinery to stay ahead.
Help recruit, mentor and grow the future sales team as the business expands.
Achieve ambitious but realistic sales targets.

Experience We'd Love
Machinery, equipment, automotive, transport, construction or industrial sales experience.
Experience selling capital equipment is highly regarded.
Proven B2B sales or business development experience
Demonstrated ability to generate new business
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Current Australian driver's licence
