About the Role
As an Upholsterer at Turnco, you will be responsible for producing high-quality upholstered furniture and components to company standards.
You'll work with a supportive team, using quality materials and modern equipment to deliver exceptional finished products.
Key Responsibilities
Upholster a range of furniture to a high standard
Read and interpret work orders and specifications
Measure, cut, fit and staple fabric, leather and other materials
Maintain excellent quality control and attention to detail
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Keep your work area clean and safe
Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace
About You




To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous upholstery experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to use upholstery tools and equipment safely
Positive time management and organisational skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and commitment to quality
