Job DescriptionHow you'll be making an impact in people's lives:Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacityIdentifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participationUnderstanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goalsLiaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners,



employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesQualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role:Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.Appropriate professional registration with AHPRA or ASORC.Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible waysThe ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyA commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customersWillingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police ClearanceAdditional InformationWhat we offer you:Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office - you set your scheduleLearn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning team!
