Innovative Environment: Join a forward-thinking institution that values creativity and innovation in marketing and recruitment.Professional Growth: Benefit from continuous professional development opportunities and a supportive work culture.Impactful Work: Play a crucial role in shaping the future of student recruitment, contributing to the growth and success of Curtin College.Job DescriptionThe Admissions and Recruitment Officer, based at Curtin College, Bentley Campus, assists education agents and students with applications and entry requirements.This involves entering applicant data, processing applications, issuing offers and Coes, and ensuring that key stakeholders receive excellent customer service and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Assess applications from international and domestic applicants, screen for Genuine Student (GS) from high-risk countries, generate Letters of Offer and issue and manage Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs)Support the Marketing Manager with Lead conversion as appropriateLiaise with education agents onshore and offshore, and Navitas Source Country OfficesUpdate and maintain student records and contribute to the alignment of systems/records with the University partnerDevelop and maintain strong, effective and enduring partner relationships with agents,



University and Navitas stakeholdersParticipate in promotional activities as requiredQualificationsThe person we seek will ideally have the following:A relevant degree qualification and/or equivalent professional administrative trainingPreferable experience in working in an international admissions environment including the assessment of international applications for admissions GS assessment experience in a complex educational organisationPreferable demonstrated knowledge and experience of the ESOS Regulatory Framework and Student Visa ProgrammeAnalytical and problem-solving skills, high level of attention to detail and proven ability to exercise judgement and initiativeHigh level of computer competency, including data management through record uploads and data retrieval in large scale databases and advanced MS Office skillsHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with and establish effective qualified relationships with internal and external clients from a range of backgrounds and culturesDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently under broad supervision and as part of a team and to maintain a high level of efficient client serviceAdditional InformationWhat we can offerWe offer careers across our global operations.We recognise and reward.We understand the importance of showing appreciation.Navitas is where work has meaning.
