negotiable based on experience;Contract duration - June / July **** (possibility for extension)Senior leadership position with genuine influence over project outcomesWork alongside an experienced and collaborative project teamLong-term career opportunity with a growing organisationAbout the RoleWorking closely with the Project Director and senior project leadership team, you will take ownership of all commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring strong financial performance, effective contract administration and proactive commercial risk management.Leading a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure commercial strategies align with project delivery objectives while maintaining compliance with Victorian legislation and industry standards.About YouDegree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in a Commercial Manager role within civil, or major infrastructure constructionStrong knowledge of Victorian construction legislation and contract administrationDemonstrated success managing commercial outcomes on major infrastructure projectsExcellent understanding of project budgeting, forecasting and cost controlProven experience negotiating complex contracts and managing commercial riskStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support project teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of commercial acumen, analytical ability and attention to detailProficiency across Microsoft Office and commercial cost control systemsWhy Join?
