This hands‐on role involves assisting with rooftop and ground‐mounted solar and battery installations, general labouring duties, and working collaboratively within small installation crews.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation of Solar PV systems on roofs battery energy storage systems or other structures in accordance with site assessments and schematicsMeasure, cut, assemble, and bolt structural framing and solar modulesOperate and maintain small plant and equipment (including hand tools and power tools)Perform general labouring duties,



including yard work and ground works on job sitesWork efficiently and cooperatively as part of a small teamFollow safe work practices and ensure public safety at all timesComplete timesheets and relevant documentation accurately and on timeParticipate in training, skills assessments, and on‐the‐job learningReport incidents, accidents, and near misses within required timeframesAssist with stores, traffic control (where trained), and other duties as requiredAssist with site inductions for new team members or subcontractors.White Card (National WHS Construction Induction Training)Working at Heights certificate (RIIWHS204E)Current Australian Driver's LicenceAbility to work safely at heights and in outdoor environmentsBasic written, verbal, and numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately record information.Ability to follow instructions and work under limited supervisionStrong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental practicesFlexibility to work varied hours based on operational demandsWillingness to travel and stay overnight outside metropolitan areas if requiredCustomer‐focused approach with a positive attitudeBasic knowledge of electrical safety procedures.Physical fitness to perform manual labour in demanding environmental conditions.What We're Looking ForYou'll be a team player with a strong work ethic, a safety‐first mindset, and the ability to contribute positively to site operations.
